AB-hem, a landlord renting out apartments, villas and townhouses at scenic locations in five counties in central Sweden, began its collaboration with Nordel in 2021.
"At the time, our entire property holding were on a fully variable electricity contract, which in periods meant very high prices. We realized that we needed more predictability in our costs," Annika Backlund in AB-hem explains.
